Do I understand it correctly, that if rows are only written to the latest bucket and continuous aggregate is fully up to date (no backfill), then exact value of start_offset in continuous aggregate refresh policy is immaterial: there is expected no difference in refresh job run time or resource consumption.
It merely specifies how far back to look for changes to incorporate into continuous aggregated, but if there were no changes then there is nothing to do.
